Every appointment starts with fifteen minutes and a mirror. You leave knowing what was done and how to keep it — and you pay the price you were quoted.
Prices are by stylist, not by hair length. If your appointment needs longer than booked, we tell you before we start — never after.
Student and NHS discount of 15% on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We do not charge a card fee.
Most people who have had a bad salon experience had it because nobody explained this part.
Dry hair, good light, and a proper look at what you have got. We will tell you if what you are asking for will not work, and what will.
Before anything starts. If it turns out to need more time once we are in, we stop and ask rather than adding it to the bill.
We dry it as you would at home, not as a photo shoot, and show you how. No product you did not ask about.
Pick a service and a time that suits you. Colour appointments need a patch test 48 hours beforehand, so leave time for one when you book.
Not connected yet — add your Book My Appointments link before you publish. Until then this space is empty for visitors.
Not sure what to book? Ask about colour first — it is easier to book once you know what it needs.
Same light, same angle, no filter. Colour corrections take more than one appointment and we say so.
Published with the client's written permission. Results vary with what is already in your hair.
Book whoever you like. Prices differ by stylist, and that is the only thing that differs.

First salon that has ever told me no. I wanted to go platinum in one sitting and Nadia explained exactly why that would wreck it. Took three appointments and it looks incredible.
I have curly hair and have spent years being cut wet by people who clearly did not know what to do with it. Booked here on a recommendation and it was the first dry cut I have had.
Quoted £95, paid £95. It sounds like a low bar but it is not one most places clear.

Late appointments on Thursday and Friday book up around three weeks ahead. Step-free entrance from the street.
For any colour, yes, and at least 48 hours before. It takes two minutes and you can do it on your way past. We cannot colour without one — that is insurance, not fussiness.
A cut usually has something within the week. Colour with a specific stylist is more like three weeks, and Saturdays go first.
Tell us in the chair rather than in a review. Anything we can put right within a week of the appointment, we put right at no charge.
From about six, and best booked early when the salon is quiet. £22 up to age twelve.
Merrion Centre car park is a four-minute walk. There is no parking on Cross Belgrave Street itself.
Colour is hard to book blind. Tell us what is in your hair now and what you are after, and we will say what it needs and how long to allow before you book it.
